Shipping
All of my pieces are sent from the UK. I try to send orders out within 7 days, however if you require them sooner please let me know.
Please note timescale for commissions can vary and should be discussed and agreed when requesting a commissioned piece.

If you would like UK orders to be royal mail recorded delivery please specify.
If you have any specific postage requirements please let me know.
Refunds
All piece's will be packaged personally by me and leave my studio in perfect condition.

I cannot be responsible for any damage or losses during transit however if you do find an issue on receiving your package please take photographs and e-mail me as proof and I will see what I can do.
