Service Description

Green sketching is an art movement that is helping to make the incredible benefits of sketching nature (which include mental wellbeing, nature connection, improved memory, focus and observation) accessible to all ages and abilities. We will take a slow and inquisitive walk around the village learning how to doodle nature that can be found all around us using quick and accessible sketching techniques. Lou creates a positive and open environment for everyone to engage helping individuals enjoy the processes with no pressure about the outcomes. Friendly dogs are welcome at the responsibility of the owner. Location: Nattleham Community Hub https://maps.app.goo.gl/84eu8vdJrHmQmpvu7 When: Saturday 8th November 2025 Time: 10:30 - 12:30 Cost: £25 for an adult ticket (Children under the age of 12 are free with one accompanying adult) What is included: * Two hours of guidance and teaching * A sketchbook to take home and continue your green sketching journey. * Access to a wide range of specialist art materials. What you should come prepared with: * Appropriate walking footwear * Appropriate clothing for outdoor activity - dress for the weather - bring an umbrella if it is raining. * Some people like to bring something to sit on / kneel on but many people will stand to draw.
